Riptide GP: Renegade was designed as a console experience, now there is a real story in career mode. The game begins with a tutorial race in which the chosen hero accepts the challenge of a Hough Racer. Finally, the police arrest the pack and our heroine. Hydrogen racing is illegal in this futuristic scenario due to some inexplicable reasons.
After three years, our hero was released from prison. With the help of a friend, you will have to form a racing team and compete in difficult events because you are looking for the impact you had established. These text-based dialogue sequences are generally quite skeptical, but at least the vector unit has given us a reason to run. There are five chapters in the career mode for a single player, each of which has three or more series of races, and several events are a series. Each event has three stars to win, depending on where you end up. Complete all the regular series in a chapter and you will face a boss. By winning these boss races, that boss will have to join your team and unlock him as a playable character.
Completing the professional career gives you money and experience. Leveling allows you to unlock new skills in the form of new buffers or new acrobatics to perform. Shock absorbers are the most important, but additional acrobatics provide an advantage in certain types of events. You can spend on improving your hydrocats. These vehicles have four statistics, all of which can be updated several times. The updates are extremely important. Like other vector unit games, I hit a wall quickly, in which I had to grind for money before I could be competitive enough to run a three-star race. But after completely updating the first vehicle, the revenues have been synchronized with the progression of the race since then.

 In addition to traditional racing and boss racing, Renegade has three other types of races: Elimination, Slalom and Freestyle. In the abolition, the last corridor is fired at the specified intervals. For slalom, you have to go through specific aspects of the stalker, such as slalom skiing. Freestyle involves dragging acrobatics to earn points and reach goals.
Renegade uses the same stunt system as his predecessor. When you go to a ramp, catching air from some surfaces, or just waves or drops, different combinations of two analog sticks will pull different acrobatics. This, in turn, fills your impulse meter, so that it can reach high speed for a short time. There is practice in it, but learning to learn high-level multi-press tricks later makes the race and especially freestyle events very easy. The races have race scores, but there are nine different tracks in the game in general. The developers combine things with intelligence, present new clues in later chapters and launch more in alternative career styles. Even so, recurrence is finally established. Adding more variations of personalized tracks like days and different seasons can help. As it stands, the race extends slightly to the content of the game.

  • VIDEO CARD: Graphics card with 512 MB VRAM.

Although Riptide GP2 has online multiplayer for PCs and mobile devices, unfortunately, there were no console versions. Vector unit finally fixes things with Renegade, which is compatible with the multiplayer online multiplayer platform for a maximum of eight players between Xbox One and Windows 10. When entering online multiplayer mode, players select from limited types of skins, riders, and hydrogenates. Regardless of the progress of the race, all tricks are unlocked here by default. The host initially selects between three vehicles, which affects all subsequent races in that lobby. After at least two players join the online lobby, the race can start. The game automatically chooses the first track. But after the initial race is over, the players vote on the later tracks. The online race I finished was fast and smooth, with no synchronization or issues of latency. However, online is not right. First of all, all online races are just standard races. You can not play the elimination, slalom or freestyle events with friends. Second, online games are also different from the general experience. It does not contribute to your overall player level, nor are there achievements for completing online careers. However, you can only compete with others for fun. But without a normal goal to work, I suspect that people will come back for more. It is a pity that between a mode like Renegade, Gears of War 4 and Sniper Elite, a normal player does not support level. A long-term goal shared between modes will actually help keep players in the investment after completing the race.

[Three Hexes] The World Clock

Campaign: The White Elves have unleashed a Chaos Golem to destroy the World Clock! The Magi of Time have slowed it down with their most powerful magical artifacts, but those are being consumed in the action. The Magi are desperate to find more artifacts or a permanent solution towards to destroying the dragon-golem and defeating the elves.

Homebase (Hex 0) (0100): Watch Tower of Kynze - The dwarf town of Kynze houses a Watch Tower - a small outpost of the Magi that connects to the dungeons of the World Clock. It has also become the default headquarters for the forces aligned against the White Elves, leading to an explosion of commerce and opportunity for those willing to engage in it. The surrounding farming towns and lands are filling with the tents of armies and forces, as well as attracting raids from the elves intent on disrupting the allies.



Three Hexes
(Hex scale is 24 miles)

Location 1 (0000): The World Clock - The world-shaping magics of the World Clock have transformed it's location into a maze of mysterious dungeons, tunnels and caverns, filled with creatures, artifacts and odd pockets of reality that provide weal and woe to those who enter the clock. The Magi allow any and all to enter the clock in order to learn from their experiences and to help guide the realities and power to a balanced effect that preserves the order of the world. Their need for Lawful artifacts to counter the White Elves has resulted in a huge increase of dungeon-delvers, many of whom have perished fighting among each other in the depths.

Location 2 (0002): The Twelve Knights - The reclusive Twelve Knights are training a natural Resonator, a very rare human mutant who can enhance the effects of magics cast around him. The Magi are wanting to put the boy next to the dragon as a way of destroying the golem, but their plans are frustrated by how unpredictable he becomes around any sort of magics - whether good or evil. The Knights believe that the boy must witness the suffering of the lands destroyed by the Elves, in order to shape him towards their cause, and are close to sending him on a dangerous trip near the dragon. 

Location 3 (0202): Dragon of Chaos - Desolation and destruction surrounds the golem and the White Elven army as they battle the attacking wedges of the Magi and humans who bear magical artifacts to wound the dragon. The weird tools, weapons and armors of the elves are highly sought after by rich nobles, but dangerous to obtain as each elven clan is protected by war wagons and strange creatures. Magi recruiters seek adventurers willing to make forays against the dragon or the elves to further slow down the creature.

MY APOLOGIES at missing the past couple of weeks! Work and conventions (Hello CincyCon!) filled up my time and I wasn't able to create these as I wanted. We return this week and will continue pushing on for my goal of 52 campaign starters!

"Three Hexes" are simple campaign starters to show that you don't need to do a lot to have interesting settings for people to play in. Feel free to use these in your game, campaign or as ways to spur on your own creativity and imagination!

I've purposefully left a lot of detail out because these are supposed to spur on your imagination! The scale is what I would use in my own world, but if something else suits you better, then go for it. I may have the features moved about on the hexes for clarity, if they don't suit you, move them!

Bondage and Stress

It's never easy to be a parent. It's even harder when you're parenting a grown man who feels like an angry child, who is also in possession of his own money, motorcycle keys, and a legal I.D. to buy liquor.

Loving my Boy is easy when he's sweet and affectionate. It's so much harder when he's hurt, which is so much of the time.

"Honey, did you turn the air off again? I'm so hot, I'm burning up! Can you please turn it on for me?"

Sulking and hurt, he defends himself, complains about why I can't turn it on myself and who was the last person to turn it on/off. He talks of our apartment we used to live in and how he had to suffer when I was cold and how now he's suffering again because I'm hot. The complaining goes on for a few minutes.

What he feels is an inequality in our relationship. What he feels is unheard, not valued, not cherished and not cared for.

But those are not the words he uses. He turns it back on me, unable to express these feelings in words. He can only accuse because he doesn't have the tools to do anything else. If I make the mistake of falling into defending myself, we only argue and fight. What he wants is to be heard, valued, comforted and cherished. That won't happen if I listen to his words. I must listen to his broken heart.

After a childhood of abuse, I often wonder if my Boy is seeking punishment from me. He will do things that most certainly will anger me or start a fight for seemingly no reason. But I've been learning from these experiences and I'm pretty certain there is a reason. The pattern has become all too clear to me.

As time passes tension rises in My Boy, regardless of how things are going between us. Stress builds, mostly from fearing another fight is on the horizon. Often if he brings his Boy out to enjoy life, be expressive, silly or loving, within a day or two I can see the tension rise up within him. He fears the fight so much that he chooses to start the fight just to get it over with. He will pick the fight and run out so quickly, hoping to just get through it and on to the recovery. It's a stress reliever.

Often I feel like nothing more than an object in this exercise of frustration for him. It seems at times he can have a fight all by himself. The issue lies in him, not necessarily in anything I've done wrong.

That's not always the case, and I do my best to take responsibility when I screw up. But often times this is the case.

What I've started doing is restraining him to help ease that tension. I can see it build and I can feel him becoming edgy and short tempered. Being on this long motorcycle trip I have very little space to pack, so I don't have my "toys" with me. So I became resourceful, using a bandanna to tie his hands together, another for his feet, and two bungee cords to secure him to the bed. His cock was hard before I finished tying the first bandanna. By the time I finished securing him, literally 5 minutes, his eyes had glazed over and an incredible peace had come over him. He was serene for 24 hours thereafter. The tension had been broken without a fight.

I won't harm him, beat him, or humiliate him. His real mother did plenty of that. It only served to break his spirit. My mission is to build him up, give him a voice and help him grow. Sometimes he needs help to quell those overwrought emotions and calm his stress. Bondage is the key to helping him let go and let me take care of him.

Just A Boy

Many months have passed since I've last written and many changes have taken place. Our relationship continues to evolve as the outer layers peel away and our true selves shine through. With the help of our therapist, we've come to understand one another and ourselves more clearly than ever.

So much of my inner turmoil has settled I'm amazed. Most days I am joyful, serene and excited to be alive, but mostly I feel at peace. Our lives are thrilling as we've been traveling by motorcycle around the U.S. for 2 months on a 6 month trip. Each day brings new sights, sounds, smells, food, people and thoughts. I feel creative and thoughtful more often. My fears have quelled and I can accept happiness with arms wide open. I finally believe I deserve to be happy and I am, very much.

S is working through things as well. He's dropped so much of his facade and is embracing the child inside more every day. When I met S he was quiet, thoughtful, and introspective. I only saw glimpses of his humor, his silliness and his playful side. He never showed anger or disdain, frustration or fear. Now I realize it was because he had lost touch with those parts of himself many years ago, hiding most of his emotions.

How could a person come to a point of being so unemotional? This puzzled me because I've always worn my heart on my sleeve, rarely feeling shame for my explosive and wild feelings. It's not as though S didn't feel emotions, he did. He has just learned to detach from them so well, to starve them so much, that they barely existed. When he met me he started feeling again. It felt good, at first, so he continued to work towards having a relationship with me. He was shocked when things started to feel bad.

And bad they did. He hadn't realized that all of those pains and injuries from his past weren't gone, but hiding under all of that denial. He hadn't processed any of those feelings, so they lay dormant waiting to attack. At some point he could deny them no longer and they ravaged him every moment of every day. Wallowing in anger and hurt he struck out at me, as I was the only one around to accept it.

Those days were hard for me. I thought of leaving him from time to time, when I felt so overwhelmed I was certain I was going to break. We had terrible fights to which there seemed no end. But just a month ago it seemed they peaked and now we are on the other side.

What I see now is just a 7-year-old boy. Almost every minute of the day S is filled with emotion, but at the time he shut off all of those feelings and bottled them up tight was only a 7-years-old boy. The child inside has never had a chance to grow, to mature, to develop. What he is now is a full-blown 7-year-old. He has no ability to be a man when he is filled with emotion.

And he cannot be both intellectual and emotional. At this juncture, he cannot bring the two into his body simultaneously. He is either one or the other. It was more difficult for me to know how to behave towards him when he was switching back and forth, which caused numerous fights. But now he's a child almost all of the time.

I want to take care of him, to love him, to reassure him that I'm not going to abandon him. I want him to know that it's OK to be a child and to HAVE FEELINGS!! I want him to feel them ALL! He becomes so angry when he feels a negative feeling, but I'm trying to teach him that ALL FEELINGS ARE GOOD FEELINGS! Some just hurt more than others.

I'm going to make more of an effort to keep updating here more often. We've entered into interesting times.

I love this boy. My sweet, sweet boy. I'm such a lucky Mommy to be blessed with this amazing boy! S is just a boy.
